How can I see everyone in Zoom?

Zoom

Zoom’s video conferencing tool is a particularly user-friendly way to collaborate virtually. During a video conference in Zoom, ‘Speaker View’ is the default setting: Zoom shows you the person who is speaking. Would you like to see everyone during the meeting? We will show you how.

  • Step 1: Click on the View button at the top right of your screen;
  • Step 2: By default, this setting is set to Speaker View. Choose Gallery View to show all participants;
  • Step 3: You now see all participants on your screen! By default, this is up to 25 participants. In the Zoom settings you can increase this number to 49. Look under settings at ‘video’. At the bottom there is an option to switch between 25 or 49 participants.
